Chilli crab: the woman behind Singapore's favorite dish

Alongside the unique model of the chilli crab, these dishes are nonetheless served on the 1,000-seat Roland restaurant, run by his sons Roland Lim, 65, and Richard Lim, 60. Palm Seashore was bought in 1985, whereas Restaurant Roland was established in 2000 after Roland took over the restaurant from his sponsor and renamed it.
