Cyclone Mocha: Inside the refugee camp that was nearly destroyed

The worst of Cyclone Mocha narrowly prevented the world’s largest refugee camp in Cox’s Bazar, southwestern Bangladesh

Rohingya refugees within the camp nonetheless confronted devastation after the winds destroyed a lot of shelters.

Though the storm didn’t make landfall as beforehand feared, it nonetheless severely affected the neighborhood there, which was not allowed to depart.

BBC South Asia correspondent Rajini Vaidyanathan visited the camp to see the devastation firsthand.
