New York City struggles to keep up with the influx of migrants

Since final spring, greater than 45,000 migrants have arrived in New York, greater than the overall variety of individuals beforehand housed within the metropolis’s shelters.

The town is pressuring the Biden administration to assist it take care of an inflow of migrants that has overwhelmed its system of homeless shelters and led the mayor to declare a state of emergency.
